The Inclusion Policy Lab
The Inclusion Policy Lab is an initiative of the General Secretariat for Inclusion at the Spanish Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration, developed within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR). Funded by Next Generation EU funds and carried out in coordination with CEMFI, J-PAL Europe, and a team of leading researchers, the Lab has conducted randomized evaluations of social inclusion programs implemented by regional and local governments, as well as NGOs.
In addition to providing coordination and advisory support, I am a member of the research team for five of these evaluations:
Vital Access Project for the Detection and Mobilization of People in non-take-up situations (with Yanina Domenella, Carlos Sanz, and Mónica MartÌnez-Bravo)
“La Caixa” Foundation: Children’s Spaces: 0-3. An early childhood support program for vulnerable families at risk of poverty or social exclusion (with Ana García-Hernández)
Fundación Secretariado Gitano – Comprehensive Educational and Social Support Initiative for Marginalized Families (with Ana García-Hernández, Paola Giannattasio, and Pablo Montero Lomas)
Santander City Council: Inclusion through responsible participation (with Yarine Fawaz, Ana García-Hernández, Mónica Martínez-Bravo, and Pablo Montero Lomas)
Ayuda en Acción – eMprende: Employability and Entrepreneurship Enhancement Project for Socially Disadvantaged Youth (with Ana García-Hernández, Paola Giannattasio, and Pablo Montero Lomas)
